Sexual Healing (2:00 PM)
The documentary 'Sexual Healing' follows 53-year-old Evelien in her search for intimacy and sexuality. Her disability and the care that comes with it have often stood in the way of her desires. With the help of her caregiver Birgit, she tries to rediscover those long-suppressed desires and experience intimacy again, with herself and others.
'Sexual Healing' shows Evelien's process of self-discovery, emphasizes the importance of self-love, and underscores that everyone has the right to intimacy.
The main character, Evelien, will be present during and after the screening for an interview, where you'll have the chance to get to know her better.
